Host Your Wellness Event at The Unrooted Studio

At The Unrooted Studio, we offer a peaceful and intimate space perfect for hosting day retreats, workshops, and events. Our cozy studio is designed to support a wide range of activities and experiences, from yoga and meditation to holistic workshops and creative gatherings. We provide the environment and resources you need to create a memorable experience, while giving you the flexibility to set the tone and direction of your event.

Event Details:

​

• Studio Size: We have space for 8 full mat spots or 14 seated guests, making it the perfect size for smaller, more personal gatherings.

• Event Split: The revenue split for each event is 70% for the host and 30% for The Unrooted Studio. This allows you to maintain flexibility and control over your pricing while sharing in the success of your event.

• Pricing: Hosts are welcome to set their own event pricing based on their offerings and target audience. 

• Responsibilities: As the event host, you are responsible for advertising and filling your event spots. We’ll support you by posting your event on our social media and website, but your success is built on your own promotion. We encourage hosts to use their networks to ensure a full and thriving event.

• Event Times: Events are booked for Saturdays and Sundays, providing a full or partial day for hosting your retreat, workshop, or gathering.

• We have enough bolsters, meditation cushions, blocks and straps for up to 10 participants. Use of these are included in events.

• We have an upgraded, wedding quality, heated bathroom unit located just outside of the studio which is reserved for studio use.

Booking & Liability:

​

• Event Booking: All events must be booked through our website. This ensures a smooth and organized process for both you and your attendees.

• Liability Waiver: All participants must complete our liability waiver when booking through the website, ensuring both safety and clarity for everyone involved.

Event Restrictions:

​

• Alcohol & Weights: To maintain the peaceful and holistic atmosphere of the studio, events involving alcohol or weights are not permitted. We encourage a focus on mindfulness, movement, and creativity, providing a space that fosters personal growth and relaxation.

Requirements for Hosts:

• Certifications & Insurance: All event hosts must provide proof of relevant certifications and insurance to ensure the safety and professionalism of your offerings.

• Promotion: While we will help with advertising, hosts are expected to take an active role in marketing their events. We recommend reaching out to your community, clients, and networks to build buzz around your event.
