Thursdays at 11:00 AM | May 15 – June 19, 2025 | 6-Week Series Location: The Unrooted Studio – 1483 Highway 5 W, Troy Cost: $115 for the full series Reconnect with your body, your breath, and your baby in our 6-week Mom & Baby Pilates & Yoga series—designed especially for postpartum moms and their pre-crawling little ones. Each week alternates between gentle Pilates and restorative Yoga, giving you the perfect mix of core strengthening, stretching, and relaxation. This class is a calm, supportive space to move at your own pace while bonding with your baby and meeting other moms. 🧘♀️ What to Expect: Week 1, 3, 5: Pilates – Rebuild core strength, improve posture, and support your body’s recovery. Week 2, 4, 6: Yoga – Gentle flows, mindful breathwork, and stretches to release tension and create calm. Cancellation Policy
All event's have a no refund policy. We need this in order to continue to run special events as it is crutial to know our numbers. Once a spot is booked, we are committing it to you, and once all spots are booked we close registration. If you need to cancel, we will try to fill your spot. If we are able to, we can offer a refund or offer you a spot at a future event. If we are unable to fill your spot, but you cannot make the event you signed up for, we will move your pass to a future event of your choice. We are willing to transfer your spot for up to 12 months after cancellation.
